Product overview 

The RFA radio frequency admittance level controller is an anti-acidblocking and more reliable level controller with a wider applicability formed based on introduction of foreign technology and R&D with a high frequency radio wave applied to the probe. When the material level changes, the probe of the instrument and the wall of the container as well as the formation admittance value of the measured material will change accordingly and such change will be detected by the circuit and then analyzed continuously by the analysis and processing unit in the instrument to determine the change in the surrounding environment (level) and converted into the relevant signal output for remote control or control or alarm. The unique circuit design of RFA instrument ( use of equipotential principle) and can be used to enable the measuring circuit to completely eliminate the influence of material accumulation on the probe so as to correctly reflect the actual material level other than the accumulated material adhered to the probe.

● It's used for various occasions, fly ash, particles, powder, liquid and viscous, conductive and non-conductive materials; 

● The anti-adhesion electronic circuit can be used to eliminate the virtual signal due to adhesion of material; 

● The probe can be separated from the controller without cable connection and the installation/disassembly doesn't affect the feeding and discharging; 

● The probe is suitable for -40℃ to 250℃ operating environment and the superhigh temperature can reach to 1000℃; 

● The surface mounted technology, stronger vibration resistance of circuit and more stable and reliable parameters; 

● The rolling technology is used to improve the working pressure of the probe.
