Product overview
The FWV ultrasonic flowmeter is based on the principle-ultrasonic time difference. When the ultrasonic beam travels through the liquid, the flow of the liquid will give rise to a slight change in the propagation time and the change in its propagation time is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid with its relationship complying with the following expression. θ refers to the included angle between the acoustic beam and the flow direction of the liquid, M refers to number of rectilinear propagation of sound beam in the liquid, D refers to propagation time of the pipeline with ΔT=Tup –TdownTup as acoustic beam in the positive direction and Tdown refers to propagation time of the acoustic beam in the reverse direction. It's an instrument with low-voltage and multi-pulse digital signal processing and error correction technology used to measure the full tube fluid flow rate. It's widely used for the industries such as tap water, environmental protection, thermal power generation, heating, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical engineering, food, medicine, papermaking, steel and lithium battery new energy.
