PTC-DP/GP is used to measure the liquid level of the medium with working pressure 

To prevent the medium in the pipe from directly entering the pressure sensor assembly in the converter, the connection between double flange liquid level transmitter pressure measurement flange and converter is realized by the capillary tube fill with silicone oil and other substances; 

 The double flange liquid level transmitter applies to measurement of liquid level of clean liquid medium and the medium which is easily crystallized, contains solid impurities and is viscous. 

Product application 

Due to height difference when two flanges are installed, the transfer should be added at the moment of adjustment. The negative transfer is added to the negative pressure remote transmission flange above. The computing method is as follows: 

Measuring range: P=r      Negative transfer: B=r0h-rH0   r- specific gravity of the measured medium r0-specific gravity of silicone oil 0.97g/cm3 in the formula 

For example: It's known that H=800mm, H0=250mm, h=1300mm, r=1.2g/cm3 

Measuring range: P=r·H=1.2×800=960mmH2O 

Negative transfer: B=r0h-rH0=0.97×1300-1.2×250=961≈960mmH20 

Before installation, the measuring range should be adjusted to -960~0mmH20 

Measurement of liquid interface 

Stress on the positive pressure side: PH=r1(H0+H1+H-H2)+r2(H2+h0)    Stress on the negative pressure side: PL= r1H0+r0(H1+H+h0) 

Differential pressure: △P=P H-P L=r1（H1+H）+r2h0-r（H1+H+h0）+（r2-r2）H2 

Transfer: B=r1(H1+H)+r2h0-r0(H1+H+h0)      Measuring range: P=(r2-r2)H 

r0-specific gravity of silicone oil H-maximum interface height.
