Product overview 

The RLG series sensor is an advanced radar level measurement instrument whose maximum measurement distance reaches to 20m and can be used for level measurement of storage tank, intermediate buffer tank or process container and various silos with 4～20mA analog signal output. 

Product features 

● Use of advanced non-touching measurement and manufacturing with extremely stable material; 

● Measurement of liquid and solid medium level; 

● Measurement of all media with dielectric constant＞1.8; 

● Measuring range: 0～35m; 

● Use of two-wire system and circuit power supply technology with supply voltage and output 

The signal is transmitted by one two-core cable; 

● 4-20mA output／HART (two-wire); 

● Not influenced by working conditions (such as pressure, temperature change, inert gas, vacuum, smoke, noise, steam and dust); 

● Not affected by the change in density, viscosity and temperature of the medium; 

● The process pressure can reach to 40bar and the process temperature can reach to 220℃; 

● The resolution ratio is 1mm without blind area, but high precision; 

● Sensitive measurement, quick refresh rate, easy installation, and firm and durable and maintenance-free. 

Product application 

It applies to all kinds of storage containers or process metering environments and liquids, slurries and solids (such as crude oil, light oil storage tank, raw coal, pulverized coal shipping space, volatile liquid storage tank, coke material level, sizing agent storage tank and solid particle).
