Product overview 

The FPV intelligent precession vortex flowmeter is a new gas flow admeasuring apparatus at the domestic advanced level developed by our company. It's widely used to measure the flow rate of various gases in the industries (such as petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, metallurgy, lithium battery new energy and urban gas supply) and the preferred product of current oilfield and city natural gas transmission and distribution measurement and trade measurement.

● Measurement caliber: DN20-DN200. 

● The flowmeter accuracy grade is 1.0％F．S 1.5％F．S. 

● The instrument has the explosion-proof function and can be used in explosive places. 

● The integrated pressure and temperature sensor realizes the integrated temperature and pressure compensation. 

● The instantaneous standard flow rate, instantaneous operating flow, integrated flux and flow signal frequency are displayed in the site. 

● The pressure and temperature signals are of sensor input mode with strong interchangeability. 

● The whole machine is of low power dissipation, and the internal battery power supply and the external power supply can be adopted. 

● The user can choose one of multi-physical parameter alarm outputs; 

● The dual detection technique can effectively improve the detection signal intensity and suppress the interference incurred by pipeline vibration. 

● The domestic leading intelligent earthquake proofing technique is used to effectively suppress the interference signal arising from vibration and pressure fluctuation; 

●The Chinese character dot-matrix display screen is used with many display digits and intuitive and convenient readings and can directly display the volume flow rate under the working condition, volume flow rate and total quantity under the standard state and medium pressure and temperature; 

● The EEPROM technology is used, the parameter setting is convenient and can be saved enduringly and the historical data can be saved for one year furthest; 

● The converter can output the frequency pulse and 4～20mA analog signal with RS485 port, and is capable of direct networking with the microcomputer with transmission distance reaching to 1.2km; 

● The flowmeter head can rotate by 360 degrees with simple and convenient installation and use; 

● It cooperates with the FM data collector of our company and can carry out remote data transmission via Internet or telephone network.
